Rosetta applies a rigorous recruiting process to attract and hire exceptionally talented individuals. We seek outstanding candidates from a wide range of backgrounds to further enhance the expertise and caliber of our people and provide greater impact to our clients. At Rosetta, we believe that finding and attracting distinctive people is the key to success and we invest heavily to achieve these goals. Qualified candidates will typically meet with 5 to 7 Rosetta team members, including several Partners, in order to mutually explore the potential fit between the candidate and Rosetta.
